An off-duty police officer was arrested when he was involved in a Virginia auto accident, NewsFuzion.com reports.
The off-duty police officer was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after the Virginia auto accident. His blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit in Virginia, and police say he failed a field sobriety test.
The police officer has resigned his position with the Virginia Police Department.
