Drivers cited in Virginia auto accident

The DailyPress.com reported that a 17-year-old and his mother are both facing charges for their involvement in a Virginia auto accident.
The teen was driving without a license when he struck and seriously injured a 14-year-old girl, causing a broken arm and some internal injuries.
The driver involved in the Virginia auto accident was cited for driving without an operator’s license and for reckless driving, while his mother was issued a citation for allowing him to drive without a license.
