Virginia truck accident blocks expressway

The Virginian-Pilot reported that a Virginia truck accident caused slow traffic on the expressway Monday morning.
The Virginia truck accident occurred when a fuel tanker truck overturned, blocking both lanes of the road and leaking motor oil and fuel from the cargo tank.
There were no injuries reported in the
Firefighters also took precautions to be sure that no fuel was spilled into the waterway.
