22-year-old dead after Richmond stand off
July 22, 2010
The Commonwealth of Virginia’s Attorney’s Office for the City of Richmond is investigating a shooting of a 22-year-old man to determine if this was or was not a Richmond wrongful death, according to NBC12.com.
Police said they were forced to shoot the 22-year-old at the end of a five-hour standoff at a Richmond home and that this was not a Richmond wrongful death.
Do you think the length of a standoff should determine if someone is shot and killed? Do you think these police officers were justified in this shooting and that this was not a Richmond wrongful death?
If someone you know has been killed in a Richmond wrongful death, the Richmond wrongful death lawyers at Geoff McDonald & Associates can help.
