Grandson convicted of Virginia wrongful death

One of three teenage boys involved in the Virginia wrongful death of an elderly man has been convicted of first-degree murder, according to eastvalleytribune.com.
The then-13-year-old attacked his grandfather, beating him to death. The 81-year-old Virginia wrongful death victim was walking from his hotel to a restaurant at the time of the attack. Police say the Virginia wrongful death took place to impress a girl and that the boys had gang ties.
