Man becomes Virginia wrongful death victim after gunshots to head

A man has been indicted for the Virginia wrongful death of a man, the Washington Post reports.
A 20-year-old man became a Virginia wrongful death victim when the man police say is his killer shot him at least twice in the head. Police found the victim staggering along an interstate ramp before he died. Police said he was left there before his Virginia wrongful death.
The lawyer for the man charged in the Virginia wrongful death said the two men were friends and that his client did not commit the Virginia wrongful death.
