A midwife is being held responsible for a Virginia wrongful death after the baby she delivered died a short time later, according to therepublic.com.
The midwife tried to deliver from a breech position in the Virginia wrongful death of the baby.
She is being charged with child abuse, neglect, and acting without a license in regard to the Virginia wrongful death.
She did not have a license to practice in Virginia.
