A woman has been arrested for the Virginia wrongful death of her baby, The State Journal reports.
Law enforcement officials say the 26-year-old mother was arrested and then indicted by a grand jury for the Virginia wrongful death, but they’re not releasing the exact cause of the 15-month-old baby’s death.
Police say the mother’s use of drugs and other criminal activity is tied to the baby’s Virginia wrongful death.
