Before Damon Pendleton decided to become a lawyer, he was a claims adjustor for an insurance company. He didn’t appreciate the way the insurance company treated people; he observed more often than not, people didn’t get the money they deserved.
Now as a personal injury lawyer focusing on auto accident and premises liability cases, Damon is able to fight for the underdog. In his law practice, Damon is results driven. He knows the insurance company is holding the checks, and he is willing to work hard to get the results his clients deserve.
Just Ask Damon:
Q: Who’s going to pay for my injuries?
A: We want our clients to concentrate on getting better, not on how they’re going to pay for their injuries. It’s our job to handle the financial stress of your case—let us take care of that.
Damon received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He then went on to pursue his Juris Doctor at North Carolina Central University, where as a law student, Damon started an American Association for Justice chapter and served as the vice president.
After graduation, Damon was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2010. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association. He enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, basketball, and recording and writing music.
