Dana Isaacoff is the Chief Operations Officer at Geoff McDonald & Associates. Dana brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning and tactical implementation. In her role as COO, she oversees all functions and initiatives for the firm, including case management.
Dana is known for her forward-thinking approach to finding solutions. She is instrumental in helping us deliver legal services to clients as efficiently as possible through streamlined processes and systems.
Prior to joining Geoff McDonald & Associates, Dana served as Chief Information Officer for Williams Mullen, Elephant Insurance, Chesapeake Capital Corporation and was Business Information Officer for Capital One Financial Services, among others. “I am excited to be part of helping people put their lives back together after an injury. Dana received her bachelor of science degree from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations. She spent 14 years in the Army as a tactical telecommunications officer before beginning a civilian career in technology and business-process improvement. During her Army career, Dana was assigned as an instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point. She has advanced degrees from The New School for Social Research and MIT.
