Jade Lawson is the Director of Intake and Referrals at Geoff McDonald & Associates, where she leads the client intake process and manages referral partnerships to ensure a streamlined and supportive experience for prospective clients. Jade began her career with the firm in 2019 as an intern and quickly advanced to a full-time role as a Case Manager Assistant, demonstrating her dedication and strong work ethic.
