Front Office Manager

Job Description

Answer and route calls, clean conference rooms, mail birthday cards, open and sort mail and greet visitors.

Accountabilities

  • Answer phone calls and route to the proper employee. – 70%
  • Open, sort and log mail. – 10%
  • Prepare Client SWAG Bags. – 5%
  • Mail out birthday cards. – 5%
  • Greet clients and offer a beverage. Hand out gifts and marketing material. – 5%
  •  Keep front office and all conference rooms clean and void of clutter. Close all windows at night. – 5%

Minimum experience, education and skills required:

College Degree. Experience with a multi-line phone system. Must be friendly and have the ability to multi-task.
