Plaintiff incurred approximately $15,000 in medical bills and $10,000 in lost wages.

At trial, Plaintiff’s pain management doctor testified he would need future injections or a lumbar fusion, with projected costs for each between $105,000 and $125,000. The defense argued at trial that plaintiff’s ongoing issues after December 2016 were related to pre-existing back issues and unrelated to the subject motor vehicle collision.
