Diamond Humphrey practices in the firm’s Personal Injury Department at Geoff McDonald & Associates, P.C. and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Born and raised in New Bern, North Carolina, Diamond later moved to Virginia and graduated from high school in the Tidewater area. Having established strong ties to both North Carolina and Virginia, she is proud to serve clients throughout the Commonwealth.

Diamond earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina Central University, graduating cum laude. She continued her education at the North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2023.

Throughout law school, Diamond gained experience across several areas of practice. She served as in-house counsel with the university, worked in public interest as a third-year licensed student attorney litigating criminal cases, and clerked for Legal Aid of Los Angeles, where she strengthened her commitment to serving underserved communities. After relocating back to Virginia, Diamond practiced collections and creditor’s rights in the Hampton Roads area, further developing her litigation and client advocacy skills.

Diamond’s diverse legal background and dedication to service inform her approach to personal injury law. She is committed to advocating for individuals during some of the most challenging times in their lives and strives to provide compassionate, diligent, and results-driven representation. In her free time, Diamond enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
