Lee T. Parker, II, is an experienced trial lawyer, who practices within the firm’s Personal Injury Department. A lifelong Virginia resident, Lee grew up in the Tidewater region and earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from James Madison University.

Following his undergraduate studies, Lee served in the United States Army, after being commissioned as an Adjutant General officer. Choosing the route of the army reserves, after his active-duty military commitment, he worked for six years as a bodily injury claims adjuster, gaining valuable, firsthand experience in claims evaluation and resolution before attending Washington & Lee University School of Law.

After graduating from law school, Lee began his legal career at a mid-size law firm in Richmond, Virginia, practicing in the insurance defense practice group. Motivated by a desire to advocate for individuals in need of legal representation, he later founded his own practice, where he spent more than 24 years representing clients primarily in personal injury matters. His practice included cases involving wrongful death, automobile
accidents, and other serious injury claims, as well as select criminal and traffic matters.

Prior to joining Geoff McDonald & Associates, P.C., Lee worked at a nationwide personal injury law firm. In addition to his extensive litigation experience, he has over 25 years of service as a guardian ad litem, representing the interests of children and incapacitated adults in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. His delph of experience and long-standing commitment to client advocacy make him a valued member of the firm.

Outside his legal practice, Lee is a member of the Saint Paul’s Baptist Church and an active member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., where he is a member of the Upsilon Nu Graduate Chapter in Richmond, Virginia. He resides in Henrico County with his wife Deanna, and his two children, Lee III, and Lauren. In his spare time, he enjoys attending music concerts, sporting events, and traveling.
