Taj Henley began his career with Geoff McDonald & Associates, P.C. in 2011 as a part-time Outside Intake Specialist. In this role, he assisted countless injured clients with obtaining the necessary documentation to get their cases started. In 2019, Taj became a full-time employee, serving as Intake Manager. The following year, he was promoted to Director of the Intake Department and Referrals, where he led the firm’s efforts in onboarding new clients and managing partnerships with law firms nationwide.

Most recently, Taj was promoted to Operations Manager of Geoff McDonald & Associates—a testament to his leadership, deep understanding of the firm’s mission, and unwavering commitment to client service. In his role as Operations Manager, Taj oversees firm operations, ensures strategic alignment across departments, and continues to play a key role in the client experience.

Taj is a former student-athlete at George Wythe High School. He attended Ohio University, where he majored in Criminal Justice Administration and served as captain of the football team during his junior and senior years. In 2001, Taj was named Virginia State Youth of the Year by the Boys and Girls Club of America. He also served as a senior ranking officer at Sussex Correctional Institute for Men.

Outside the office, Taj is the co-founder of The RVA Bulldogs Football Organization, a non-profit that mentors young men in the Greater Richmond Area through football. When he’s not working, you can often find him coaching on the field. Taj is a proud member of Free Mason Hobson Lodge #23 and a devoted husband and father to two young sons.
