Todd is a lifelong resident of Chesterfield County, Virginia. He graduated from Thomas Dale High School as a part of their 100th graduating class. Todd then went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012, before graduating from Liberty University School of Law in 2015.
Upon graduating and passing the bar on his first attempt, Todd began work as an associate attorney at Gordon, Dodson, Gordon & Rowlett where he was able to develop his skills as a practicing attorney. While at Gordon Dodson, Todd had the opportunity to work side by side with successful attorneys and learn the finer points of the legal practice. It was there where he developed his skills as a litigator by trying hundreds of cases in front of both judges and juries.
After practicing law for nearly 7 years, Todd made the decision to start his own firm and opened Todd Perry Law. Todd Perry Law was a successful firm focused primarily on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. In 2023, Todd followed his passion for helping injured plaintiffs and decided to join the Richmond office of Geoff McDonald & Associates, P.C. as a personal injury attorney.
Todd has served the personal injury clients at Geoff McDonald & Associates since 2023 and has recovered of $15 Million for his clients. Todd is a co-managing shareholder of Geoff McDonald & Associates with a passion for mentorship and leadership amongst the firm’s attorneys.
Todd has an outgoing personality, a passion for the law, and enjoys using his talents to help the members of his community. Additionally, Todd is extremely competitive and believes in fighting to help his clients achieve a successful outcome. As a lifelong athlete and sports fan, Todd believes that the practice of law affords him the perfect opportunity to focus his competitive nature into fighting for his clients in the most relevant arena of all, the courtroom.
Outside of work, Todd and his wife, Alex, have two amazing children, Peyton, and Wells. Additionally, Todd is an involved member of his community and served as the President of Central Chesterfield Little League from 2016-2019. He has also dedicated much of his free time to manage multiple youth baseball teams in the community over the course of his adult life.
