Geoff McDonald & Associates Named Top Richmond Workplace for the Second Consecutive Year

Geoff McDonald & Associates (GMA) was recently named among the Richmond region’s “2023 Top Workplaces” by the Richmond Times-Dispatch. This is GMA’s second consecutive year to receive this prestigious award. Geoff McDonald & Associates, a Richmond-based personal injury law firm, employs 14 attorneys and over 45 employees. The firm is ranked in the “small company” category with 124 or fewer employees.

The Top Workplaces award is based on feedback from employees through the independent employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. Companies are evaluated on leadership, management, compensation, benefits, training, work-life balance as well as encouraging community involvement and promoting diversity.
