Halloween is a favorite time of year for the team at Geoff McDonald & Associates. Our staff enjoys getting into the spirit with costumes and themed workdays, and we love helping local children experience that same excitement through our Halloween Costume Giveaway.

Each year, Geoff McDonald & Associates selects a handful of children in Virginia and gives them the opportunity to choose the Halloween costume they truly want to wear. Whether a child dreams of dressing up as a superhero, princess, athlete, favorite character, or something completely unique, our team works to purchase their desired costume in the correct size so it is ready before Halloween arrives.

The personal nature of the giveaway is what makes it especially meaningful to our team. Rather than providing a limited selection of pre-purchased costumes, we want each child to have the opportunity to tell us what they would like to be. Our goal is to help create the excitement that comes with choosing a costume, putting it on for the first time, and getting ready to celebrate Halloween with family and friends.

For many children, Halloween is one of the most anticipated days of the year. Costumes give kids an opportunity to use their imaginations, express their personalities, and—for at least one evening—become whoever or whatever they want to be. We believe every child deserves the chance to take part in those moments and make positive childhood memories.

The Halloween Costume Giveaway is another way Geoff McDonald & Associates supports children and families throughout Virginia. From school supply and backpack giveaways to holiday programs and other community initiatives, our team is proud to find meaningful ways to give back beyond the work we do for our clients.

We love seeing the creativity and excitement that Halloween brings out in children—and in our own staff—and we look forward to continuing this tradition for Virginia families in the years ahead.
