At Geoff McDonald & Associates, we believe giving back can be even more meaningful when it feels personal. Through our Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway, our team provides local students with backpacks filled with school supplies to help them get ready for a successful school year.

What makes this giveaway special is the care that goes into selecting each backpack. Rather than simply purchasing identical bags in bulk, our team hand-picks backpacks with each child’s age and favorite colors in mind. It is a small detail, but one that helps make each student’s backpack feel like it was chosen specifically for them.

The Geoff McDonald & Associates Backpack Giveaway supports students at every stage of their education, from elementary school and middle school through high school. Each backpack is filled with school supplies, giving students useful items they can take with them into the classroom while also giving them something they can be excited to carry on the first day of school.

For our team, the giveaway is about more than backpacks and school supplies. It is another opportunity to connect with families, encourage young people, and support the Richmond-area communities that have supported Geoff McDonald & Associates for decades. Preparing for a new school year can bring plenty of expenses for families, and we are proud to do our part to help local students begin the year feeling prepared and supported.

Supporting Virginia’s youth has long been an important part of our community involvement. Whether we are collecting supplies for local schools, partnering with youth organizations, or personally selecting backpacks for students, Geoff McDonald & Associates is proud to continue finding meaningful ways to invest in the next generation.
