Samantha Cohn has been practicing law since 2016. Before joining the Geoff McDonald and Associates team at the beginning of 2022, Samantha was a civil plaintiff’s attorney handling a high-volume litigation caseload primarily consisting of motor vehicle accident cases for another local Richmond firm. Samantha has represented clients in both the General District Court and Circuit Court throughout the Commonwealth. With over a thousand trials under her belt, she has been able to hone her courtroom skills and advocacy expertise resulting in beneficial outcomes for her clients.
Samantha received her Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern Shephard Broad Law Center in 2014 on the litigation track. While attending law school, she was awarded gold-level membership in the Pro Bono Honor Program and was the director of the Inter-American Center for Human Rights. Being from the Tidewater area of Virginia, Samantha sought her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from ODU in 2011 as a graduate with distinction.
When Samantha is not in the office working hard to obtain justice for her clients, you can usually find her chasing after her two boys with the help of her husband to whom she’s been married to since 2014.
